Shipping is so expensive! Why???
1) Since these are limited items, it’s important that I offer tracking for your packages when I can. Higher value orders will also be sent with more secure shipping methods. This comes at a cost. 2) I’m anticipating shipping a large number of items, and I can’t do this myself. I will need to hire help with fulfillment and shipping. 3) Unfortunately, I live in the United States and US shipping rates are just the worst…I really am sorry about that.

What size will the playmats be?
They will be the standard 24 x 14 inches in size printed on a vibrant polyester cloth surface. The back of the mat will be a dense black or white (per Rebecca’s discretion), 1/8” sponge-rubber, non-skid base. Please note that the actual product images will vary slightly from the shown images due to the surface texture of the mat it’s printed on. Some of the playmat artwork is also still in the process of being completed (especially the extended story playmats) and those related to M:TG are required to have the Planeswalker symbol, Wizards of the Coast, and Ultra-Pro logos as is mandatory on official playmats. No way around it. However, we will work with Wizards of the Coast and Ultra-Pro to make the logos as unobtrusive as possible for you.

Will the Seb McKinnon and Alayna Danner Collaborations be signed by them?
Rebecca will sign all playmats and prints. Due to logistical reasons, Seb and Alayna won’t be able to sign.

When will "The Present" and "Evolution" books be available? Does my pledge amount qualify me for one?
For backers who pledged an amount totaling $150+, you will have the option to purchase ONE book at the discounted price of $50 plus s/h through your survey. For backers who pledged an amount totaling $500+, you will have the option to redeem your reward of ONE FREE book + s/h through your survey. Additionally, any backers who push their pledge over those limits (via addons in your survey) will also qualify to receive the corresponding reward. If this is the case, you will receive a follow up email that will detail the process for claiming the offer once most surveys have been submitted. Note that any qualified backers will only be able to redeem one of the aforementioned offers (i.e. either a single discounted book or a single free book upon publication, but not both. These discounted and free book offers are only available to qualified backers now through the survey period. For backers who do not reach the $150 threshold, or for those who wish to purchase additional books, this option will be available later. Once the books are published, a link to purchase both books at retail price will be sent out to everyone who backed this Kickstarter. Our intention is to provide retail pricing of the books to only Kickstarter backers for a limited period of time as first come, first serve. After that limited timeframe, any remaining copies will be released to the general public and while supplies last. Currently, we are estimating both books to be ready for shipment late January 2022.

Why don't I get a "Like a Princess Pin" or the unlocked free 8.5x11 special print?
Only tiers with items shipping from my studio will receive these rewards. If you solely backed the online studio visit, puzzle, or mask tiers, these tiers are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and thus do not include the pin or special print. If you addon extras that do ship from my studio while completing your backerkit survey, however, a pin and special print (at artist’s discretion) will be included with the addon item/s.

I'm worried that I won't like the final version of the extended narrative or collaboration playmats. Will it be possible to switch or get an idea of the final image?
If you’re already familiar with Rebecca’s work, all of the extended narrative playmats will be in line with the color scheme and gesture work of the original M:TG image. The collaboration playmats will also be in line with Rebecca’s body of work.
If you’re at all worried about not liking the final version, I would recommend selecting one of the playmats that is a simple art extension as the finals will be very close to what is shown (i.e. the Angelic Renewal, Channel, Hana Kami, or Perish playmats).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
